Business Hours
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services. If you have canceled more than 3 times we may require a non refundable deposit for your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you think you may be late for your appointment please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for you appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time.
No Shows
If you do not show up for you scheduled appointment, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings.
Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked, unless they have a service bundle to cover the services.
Services
We have no refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixed within 7 days of the service completion.
Products
Unused/unopened products retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Used products and tools may only be exchanged or credited.
Length + Multiple Services
Any bookings spanning 3 hours or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by putting a 50% deposit down at the time of booking.
